Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 8 eggs
- 8 anchovy fillets
- 3 tbsp cream cheese
- some oil from the fillets

Boil the eggs until hard-boiled, let them cool, and peel them. Carefully split them lengthwise and scoop out the yolks with a small spoon. Blend the egg yolks with the anchovy fillets, cream cheese, and oil in a blender. You can use more or fewer anchovy fillets to suit your taste. If the mixture is still too crumbly, simply add a few drops of oil and, if desired, more cream cheese. Spoon the mixture into the egg halves using either a small spoon or a piping bag. The eggs can easily be prepared a day in advance. They can also be used to create fantastic buffet decorations, such as little chicks!
