simple and delicious

Cut the flatbread crosswise to create two equally thick, round slices. Spread both halves of the flatbread with herb butter. Slice the tomatoes as thinly as possible. Cut the cooked ham into small, fine pieces and arrange them on the bottom half of the flatbread. Place the sliced tomatoes on top of the ham. Then cover with the cheese and place the topped side of the flatbread in the oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes. Once the cheese has melted, place the other half of the flatbread on top and place it back in the oven for another 5-8 minutes. When the flatbread has a nice crispy texture, remove it from the oven.
