Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 loaf(s) (flatbread)
- 1 bunch arugula
- 200 g sheep’s cheese
- 5 tomatoes
- 100 g butter, soft
- 4 tbsp oil (olive oil)
- 4 cloves garlic, pressed
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the flatbread in half lengthwise with a knife. Knead a quick herb butter from softened butter, olive oil, and garlic, then spread it over the bread. Then add the cleaned and torn arugula, finely diced feta cheese, and then top with sliced tomatoes. Press the flatbread lid down and bake in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes. The cheese will melt slightly, and the garlic and olive oil will be fragrant. Cut everything into portions.
