Stuffed flatbread with minced meat

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 flatbread(s)
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tube(s) Tomato paste
  • 150 ml vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pkt. cheese (toast cheese)
  • 2 pkt. herb cream cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Finely chop the onion and garlic clove and fry with the minced meat until crumbly. Add the vegetable stock and simmer. Stir in the tomato paste. Cut the flatbread open and spread the bottom half with cream cheese. Spread the minced meat on the bottom half, spread the cheese on top, and place the lid of the flatbread on top. Bake the flatbread in the oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes.
