With tomatoes, artichokes, spring onions and mozzarella

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix the cream cheese with the chopped artichokes, tomatoes, spring onions, and mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the melted butter with the chopped garlic and chopped basil. Cut the baguette into 4 equal pieces. Using a long, thin knife, cut out some of the breadcrumbs, hollowing out the baguette for the filling. Spoon in the cream cheese mixture. Cut each baguette into 4 slices and place them back together. Place on a piece of aluminum foil and drizzle with the butter mixture. Seal the foil tightly. Bake for about 20 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes and enjoy while still warm.
