Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pretzel roll
- 1 tbsp butter
- 20 g Cheddar cheese, grated
- ½ garlic clove(s), chopped
- 2 tomato slices
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 egg(s)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Pretzel rolls with spinach, tomato, egg and cheese
Cut off the top third of the roll to form the lid and set aside. Hollow out the bottom half and wrap it in aluminum foil, leaving only the opening exposed. Drizzle melted butter into the roll and sprinkle with grated cheese. Layer the spinach, garlic, and tomato on top, then carefully place the egg on top. Season with salt and pepper and bake in the oven at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes. Remove the aluminum foil and season again if necessary.
