Stuffed ham rolls

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 12 stalk(s) asparagus, cooked, green
  • 4 slice(s) ham, large, cooked
  • 4 small tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground black
  • 250 g cheese (butter cheese)
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Wrap three asparagus spears in a slice of ham and place in a greased baking dish. Wash and dry the tomatoes, then cut out the stem ends. Slice the tomatoes and place them on the ham rolls. Season with salt and pepper. Dice the cheese and arrange them over the rolls and tomato slices. Place the dish on the oven rack. Top/bottom heat 220°C (preheated) Fan oven 200°C (preheated) Gas mark 5 (preheated) Bake for approx. 15 minutes. Serve with roast potatoes or baguette.
