Stuffed herb mushrooms topped with cheese

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 bunch of herbs
  • 1 slice(s) of stale bread
  • 4 tbsp Parmesan, grated
  • 4 tbsp cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Perfect as a side dish to rice, risotto, salad or as a small snack at a party!

Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Wash and finely chop the herbs. Crumble a slice of stale bread and add it to the herb mixture. Add 2 tablespoons of grated cheese and season with salt and pepper. Finally, add a tablespoon of oil. Place the mushrooms in a greased baking dish and fill with the herb mixture. Sprinkle first with Parmesan cheese and then with the remaining grated cheese of your choice. Drizzle with the remaining oil and bake for about 15-20 minutes at 200°C (convection oven).
