Stuffed Kamut Pumpkins
The perfect stuffed kamut pumpkins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Kg Kamut risotto
- 8 piece Pumpkins
- 8 El Pesto
- 4 piece Sun-Dried tomatoes
- 1 piece Mozzarella
- Make a kamut risotto (I just posted the recipe).
- 8 Boil small pumpkins briefly (approx. 5-7 minutes) in salted water. Cooled “behead” and hollow out.
- Pour in the kamut risotto. Cover with sun-dried tomatoes and mozzarella and bake for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees. Pesto with it….
