Stuffed mushrooms

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 large mushrooms
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • some cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • some Tabasco

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

For grilling

Clean the mushrooms. Remove the stems and finely chop. Set the mushroom caps aside. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic clove, and mix with the grated cheese and chopped mushroom stems. Season to taste and then stuff the mushroom caps. Wrap the stuffed mushrooms in aluminum foil and cook on the hot grill for about 10-15 minutes. Serve hot.
