Easy-Peasy Banana Nutella Brownies

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 bananas
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup oil, e.g. rapeseed oil
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • ½ cup(s) milk
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 5 tbsp baking cocoa
  • 100 g nuts, chopped, optional
  • 100 g dark chocolate, chopped, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

for about 15 brownies

My cups have a volume of just under 300 ml. Preheat the oven to 175 °C top/bottom heat (about 160 °C fan-assisted oven). Mash the bananas with a fork. Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl with a spoon and stir in the bananas. Pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper or into a brownie pan and bake on the middle rack. Bake for 20 minutes for a baking sheet and 25 minutes for a brownie pan. Test each brownie with a skewer. When no batter sticks to the skewer, the brownies are done. Let them cool slightly on the baking sheet and enjoy warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, cold with whipped cream and fresh fruit, or just on their own. Makes about 15 brownies.
