  • 100 g goat’s cheese

  • 6 cloves garlic, black (depends on the number of mushrooms)
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 splash of milk (as needed)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Finely dice the sun-dried tomatoes. Season the goat’s cheese with salt, pepper, and a little paprika. Add the mustard and tomatoes, and stir until smooth, perhaps with a little milk. Fill the mushrooms with the cheese mixture and place a clove of black garlic on each one. Place the mushrooms in a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes. We served it with homemade bread and a beetroot salad.
