Stuffed mushrooms with olive oil and garlic

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 200 ml olive oil
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • Salt
  • Margarine for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Very simple and delicious

Clean the mushrooms, carefully remove the stems and set aside. Place the mushrooms open-side up on a board or on the worktop. Pour the olive oil into a cup and add plenty of salt. Peel the garlic cloves, press them in and stir. Now use a teaspoon to stuff the mushrooms with this mixture. Heat the margarine in a non-stick pan and add the mushrooms. Fry vigorously over high heat. Then turn them over so that the open is facing down. The filling will not leak out, as the mushrooms will have absorbed most of the liquid. The mushrooms are ready when they are light brown on all sides. Serve while hot. Any hearty roasted meat goes well with this.
