Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g cream cheese
- 2 tbsp milk
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground
- Cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 bunch chives, in rolls
- 4 pancakes (ready-made product)
- 200 g smoked salmon
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mix the cream cheese with milk and chives, then season with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and lemon juice. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the pancakes, arrange the salmon on top, and tightly roll the pancakes up using cling film. Refrigerate for a while. To serve, cut diagonally in half.
