Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg strawberries
- 125 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 250 ml milk
- some oil for the pan
- Sugar, to taste

a super refreshing summer dessert
Wash and hull the strawberries and divide them into two portions. For the sauce, roughly chop one half and puree it finely, adding sugar if desired. For the filling, chop the other half very finely and add sugar if desired. Make a pancake batter with the remaining ingredients. Add a little oil to a pan and cook four pancakes from the batter. Let the pancakes cool completely and fill them with the chopped strawberries. Fold the pancakes over and serve with the strawberry sauce. Strawberry pancakes also taste great with vanilla sauce.
