Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 tbsp flour (any type except corn flour)
- 4 tbsp oat flakes
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 egg(s) (or equivalent amount of egg substitute, health food store)
- 4 tbsp milk (can also be soy milk or water)
- 1 pinch of baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 m.-sized banana(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Mug cake, microwave cake
Slice the banana into thin slices. Mix all other ingredients thoroughly in a very large mug or microwave-safe bowl, adding the bananas last. Place the mug in the microwave and bake the cake on high for 5-6 minutes. Caution: it will be very hot when cooked. Let stand for a good 2 minutes, then turn out onto a plate and enjoy once cooled.
