Stuffed Pancakes with Cranberry Compote
The perfect stuffed pancakes with cranberry compote recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the pancake batter
- 2 Eggs
- 250 ml Milk
- 1 Pr Salt
- 100 g Flour
- Rapeseed oil for frying
For the quark filling
- 250 g Quark lean
- 75 g Sugar
- 3 tbsp Milk
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
For the cranberrie compote
- 250 g Cranberries
- 100 g Sugar
- 125 ml Water
- 1 Orange the juice
- 1 tbsp Vanilla flavored cooking pudding powder
For the pancake batter
- Mix eggs, milk and salt. Gradually add the flour. Let the dough stand for about 30 minutes. Heat the oil in a pan and bake 4 pancakes one after the other over medium heat.
For the filling
- Mix the quark, sugar, milk and vanilla sugar until creamy. Fill the baked pancakes with it and roll up.
For the cranberry compote
- Bring the cranberries to the boil with sugar and water. Mix the orange juice with the custard powder, thicken the cranberrie compote with it. Serve the warm sauce with the pancakes. Enjoy your meal!
