Stuffed Parma Pancakes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 350 ml milk
  • 50 ml mineral water
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g flour, smooth
  • 2 onions
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 200 g celery
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano with parsley, dried
  • 200g mozzarella
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • olive oil

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Stuffed pancakes

Mix milk, mineral water, eggs, and flour into a batter, let rest a little, and then prepare 8 pancakes. Chop the onion and fry in a little oil. Add the finely chopped ham. Chop the celery and add it to the pan. Crush the garlic. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and parsley. Chop the mozzarella and add it to the pan. Spread the mixture among the pancakes and roll them up. Brush a large baking dish with olive oil and place the pancakes in it. Mix the cream and mustard and pour over the pancakes. Cover and bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes. Serve with a green salad.
