Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 ½ bell pepper(s), red
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- n. B. Chives, fresh
- salt and pepper
- 200 g cottage cheese
Instructions

vegetarian and quick
Wash the bell peppers, halve them, and remove the seeds. Finely dice half a red bell pepper. Season the cottage cheese with salt and pepper and stir in the bell pepper cubes. Wash the chives and finely slice them, add them, and stir to combine. Stuff both bell peppers with the chives. Refreshingly summery. Quick to make, ideal as a side dish for steak, etc.
