Meat sausage topped with cheese, Nobby's style

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g meat sausage (ham)
  • 100 g cheese, grated, e.g. Emmental, Gouda, Parmesan
  • n. B. Pepper, black

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut the sausage lengthwise and make several slashes on each side. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. Season with pepper.
