  • 150 g cheese, Gouda
  • 100 g ham, cooked
  • 40 g fat
  • ¼ liter meat broth
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • ⅛ liter cream
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 pinch(s) paprika powder

Cut a deep notch lengthwise into the pork fillet. Sprinkle inside and out with pepper and salt. Cut the Gouda and cooked ham into strips. Then place them into the sliced ​​fillet. Fold the meat together and secure it with wooden skewers or cotton string. Heat the cooking fat and place the fillet in it. Sear on both sides for about 5 minutes. Pour in the meat broth and braise over low heat for about 20 minutes. Remove the fillet and remove the fastening. Refine the sauce with cream, salt, and paprika. Serve best with a generous portion of dumplings with sauce and red cabbage.
