Stuffed Potato Rösti
The perfect stuffed potato rösti recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 800 g Potatoes
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tablespoon Flour
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 Bullet Mozzarella
- 3 Discs Parma ham
- Peel and roughly grate the potatoes, stir in eggs and flour, season with salt and pepper.
- Drain the mozzarella and cut into 3 slices.
- Now wrap a piece of ham around each piece of mozzarella.
- Heat some oil in a pan, take some roasted dough in your hand, cover a piece of wrapped cheese with the roasted dough and carefully press down.
- Put the rösti in the pan and fry until golden, turning.
- We had a cucumber and tomato salad with it – GOOD APPETITE –
