Stuffed Potato Rösti

The perfect stuffed potato rösti recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 800 g Potatoes
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Bullet Mozzarella
  • 3 Discs Parma ham
  1. Peel and roughly grate the potatoes, stir in eggs and flour, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Drain the mozzarella and cut into 3 slices.
  3. Now wrap a piece of ham around each piece of mozzarella.
  4. Heat some oil in a pan, take some roasted dough in your hand, cover a piece of wrapped cheese with the roasted dough and carefully press down.
  5. Put the rösti in the pan and fry until golden, turning.
  6. We had a cucumber and tomato salad with it – GOOD APPETITE –
