Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 large potatoes (approx. 250 g)
  • 200 g natural cream cheese
  • 100g Gorgonzola
  • 100 g cooked ham, finely diced
  • 1 small onion(s), red, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp chives, cut into rolls
  • 2 egg yolks
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the unpeeled potatoes thoroughly and boil for about 25 minutes. In the meantime, thoroughly mix all the other ingredients together. Halve the potatoes and carefully scoop out the insides, leaving a small crust. Mash the removed potato mixture with a fork and add it to the cheese mixture. Season well with salt and pepper. Fill the potato halves with the mixture and place on a baking sheet. Bake for about 10-15 minutes at 180°C.
