Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 5 m.-sized potatoes
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel and halve the potatoes. Season the ground meat well and shape it into small patties, fitting between the halved potatoes. Place one patty between each potato half. Place the stuffed potatoes in a deep pan, pour over the vegetable stock, and if there’s any leftover ground meat, simply add it to the stock in small chunks. Cover and simmer gently until the potatoes are tender.
