Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of gnocchi
- 500 g minced meat
- 500 ml tomato(s) (pureed)
- 2 shallots
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp vegetable broth
- e.g. salt and pepper
- basil
- Thyme
- oregano
- chili
- e.g. mozzarella, grated

quick, easy, tasty and variable
Sauté the shallots and garlic cloves in a little fat and add the ground beef. Cook thoroughly! Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the tomato paste and deglaze with the passata. Season to taste with the specified spices and let it simmer gently for half an hour. In the meantime, cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions. Served together, it tastes great. But I prefer it topped with cheese.
