Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 16 large prunes
- 150 g ham (Serrano)
- 2 tbsp whipped cream
- 1 handful of parsley, chopped
- Pepper from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Pit the prunes (if necessary) and open them. Dice the ham and chop very finely. Whip the cream until stiff, season with pepper, and mix with the ham. Fill the prunes with this cream and refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with parsley and serve chilled.
