Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ½ red bell pepper(s)
- ½ bell pepper(s), yellow
- 1 small jar of mushrooms
- ½ carrot(s)
- 4 leaves of savoy cabbage
- 1 pinch of dried herbs of Provence
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Carrots, mushrooms, peppers in savoy cabbage leaves
Wash, peel, and dice the vegetables. Then place them in the savoy cabbage leaves. Sprinkle with a pinch of herbs. Gather the edges of the savoy cabbage leaves and tie them into a small bag. I used sewing thread for this. Then briefly fry in a pan and simmer for about 15 minutes.
