Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g turkey schnitzel
  • Pepper from the mill
  • Salt
  • 1 slice(s) turkey ham
  • 4 stalk(s) asparagus
  • some oil for the pan
  • 100 ml white wine, dry
  • 1 slice(s) cheese (butter cheese), low-fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Rinse the meat with cold water, pat dry, and season. Fill with the ham and asparagus. Then fold it together and secure it with a toothpick. Brush a nonstick pan very thinly with oil, heat it, and sear the schnitzel on both sides. Pour in the white wine and place the cheese on top. Cover the pan and simmer until the cheese has melted. Serve hot.
