  • 500 g Minced pork

  • 3 g Bratwurst seasoning

  • 100 g Ice snow
  1. Mix the minced meat and spices in the food processor. Chop the onion very finely and mix in. Instead of the cutter aid, you can also use baking powder. Instead of the sausage seasoning, you can use the following mixture: 1 gram of Marzis flowers, 1 gram of coriander, 0.5 grams of ginger, 0.5 grams of cardamom. Then place in the freezer for about 30 minutes.

Make sure that the mass does not get warmer than 15 degrees C. Then place in an oiled aluminum mold and bake at 150 ° C (also depends on the oven) for about 2 hours. It is important that the core temperature has reached 75 ° C. Then the meat loaf is ready.
