Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 pumpkin(s) (sweet dumpling)
- 1 pack of Knorr Naturally Delicious! Spaghetti Bolognese (seasoning base)
- 250 ml water
- 1 handful of cheese, grated

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 55 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
with spice base
Preheat the oven to approximately 200°C (top/bottom heat). Open the top of the pumpkin and remove the seeds, or cut it in half to remove the seeds. The pumpkin or pumpkin halves should be able to stand upright or be shaped so that they don’t fall over. Brown the minced meat, add 250 ml of cold water, stir in the seasoning base, and simmer covered on low heat for approximately 5 minutes. Fill the hollowed-out pumpkin with the meat, then cover with the grated cheese and place in an ovenproof dish. Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for approximately 40 minutes. The pumpkin flesh should be soft and the cheese nicely browned. I’ve read that you can eat the skin of the sweet dumpling, but it’s too hard for me. So I peel out the flesh and mix it with the delicious filling. Serve with a salad.
