Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 large tomatoes
  • 5 tomatoes, dried
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 200 g cream cheese, natural or with herbs
  • 150 g feta cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • rosemary
  • Thyme
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut off the tops of the tomatoes and remove the seeds. Chop the garlic cloves and sun-dried tomatoes and mix with the cream cheese, diced feta, and a little olive oil until smooth. Season and add herbs, if desired. Pour the mixture into the tomatoes and heat in the oven or on the grill for about 20 minutes.
