Baked feta with tomatoes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 packs of feta cheese
  • 6 cocktail tomatoes
  • ½ clove(s) garlic
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil
  • basil
  • Baguette(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Grease two small baking dishes with a tablespoon of oil each. Add the feta. Wash and dice the tomatoes. Cut the basil into small strips. Finely chop the garlic. Sprinkle the diced tomatoes, garlic, and basil over the feta, season with salt and pepper. Bake at approximately 200°C for approximately 10 minutes. Before serving, drizzle with a little olive oil and scatter a few basil leaves on top. Serve with fresh baguette. Ideal for hot days and vegetarians.
