Apple Pie with Kiss

Cake base

  • 90 g Butter
  • 50 g Sugar very fine

  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 3 piece Eggs
  • 90 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 3 tbsp Cream
  • 50 g Flaked almonds

Apple mass

  • 1 kg Apple boskop
  • 1 piece Lemon fruit juice
  • 1 piece Vanilla pulp
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 150 ml White wine dry
  • 350 ml Apple juice naturally cloudy
  • 1 packet Vanilla flavored cooking pudding powder

Curd mass

  • 125 ml Cream
  • 500 g Lowfat quark
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 4 sheet Gelatin
  • 1 Lemon zest

  • 500 ml Currant juice
  • 1 packet Custard powder cream flavor

Cake base

  1. Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and cinnamon until frothy. Gradually add the eggs. Fold in the flour, baking powder and 3 tablespoons of cream. Pour the dough into a greased baking pan, sprinkle with flaked almonds and bake at 150 ° C (fan oven) for about 25 minutes. Take the cake base out of the baking pan and let cool down on the wire rack.

Apple mass

  1. Peel the apples and cut into pieces, cook them with the juice of one lemon and 50 g sugar in a pan until they are mushy. Dissolve the pudding powder with apple juice and white wine and fold into the apple sauce, bring to the boil and set aside. Place the cake base on a cake plate and enclose it with a cake ring. When the apple mixture has cooled down a bit, spread it on the cake base and chill.

Curd mass

  1. Whip the cream until stiff and set aside. Mix the quark with 50 g sugar and lemon zest. Dissolve the gelatine and carefully stir into the quark mixture. Then spread the quark mixture on the cooled apple mixture. Put the cake back in the cold immediately.
