Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g zucchini
- 25 g millet
- 25 g onion(s)
- 100 g tomatoes
- ½ salmon fillet(s)
- 25 g mozzarella
- 50 g yogurt
- 1 tsp mustard
- 25 g bread(s) (brown bread)
- curry
- pepper
- dill
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Hollow out the zucchini. Briefly fry the flesh with the onion, salmon, and tomato, then puree about half of it with half of the mustard yogurt. Cook the millet in vegetable broth and mix with the puree and the remaining vegetables, fish, and yogurt. Crumble the black bread and mix in. Season with the spices, stuff the zucchini halves, top with mozzarella, and bake at 150°C (300°F) for about 30 minutes.
