Stuffed Zucchini with Legumes

  • 250 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 Can Legumes potpourri
  • 300 ml Alnatura passata
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 large Zucchini
  • Grated Emmental
  • Salt
  • Rapeseed oil
  1. Chop the onion, chop the garlic clove or press both in oil, then add the minced meat and fry well. Briefly wash the legumes under cold water, then add them to the pan, fry briefly, add the tomatoes and simmer
  2. Wash the zucchini and cut in half, hollow out the inside, grease the casserole with a little oil, put the zucchini in and salt well
  3. Now distribute the filling from the pot into the zucchini, sprinkle cheese over it, cover or aluminum foil on it and put it in the oven at 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes depending on the desired firmness of the zucchini.
