Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g low-fat quark (cottage cheese)
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 3 tbsp pumpkin seed oil
- 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds, chopped and some whole
- 1 garlic clove(s), pressed
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Heat a pan and dry-roast the chopped pumpkin seeds. Combine the quark with the roasted pumpkin seeds, sour cream, pumpkin seed oil, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with whole roasted pumpkin seeds. This tastes especially good on whole-grain bread.
