Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 pasta (macaroni)
  • 150 hams
  • ¼ liter of milk
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 pinch of cornstarch
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 pack of cheese, grated
  • Salt
  • nutmeg
  • some breadcrumbs
  • Butter, in flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Ham burial

Cook the broken macaroni and onion in salted water until al dente. Place half of the cooked pasta in a greased baking dish, top with the diced ham, and top with the remaining pasta. Whisk the milk with the egg and a little cornstarch, season with salt and nutmeg, and pour over the pasta in the dish. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and cheese and dot with butter. Bake at 225 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes.
