Styrian wild garlic cream soup

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 20 leaves of wild garlic
  • 1 potato(s)
  • 1 liter beef broth or chicken broth (not instant)
  • 250 ml cream
  • some salt and pepper
  • Wild garlic, cut into strips or herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Boil and peel the potatoes. Wash and drain the wild garlic, then finely chop it. Bring the beef broth to a boil with the whipped cream and add the wild garlic strips and potatoes. Blend thoroughly with a hand blender and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with wild garlic strips or fresh herbs!
