simple, quick and delicious

Clean the vegetables. Dice the bell pepper. Tear the iceberg lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Cut the carrots and cucumber into very thin strips. Slice the spring onions into thin rings. Set half of the diced bell peppers aside. Toss the remaining greens with the dressing to make a salad, then chill. Spread each wrap with 1 tablespoon of ajvar and top each with 6 slices of sucuk, 3 teaspoons of Gouda, 3 tablespoons of Cheddar, and 1/4 of the reserved bell pepper pieces. Roll up the wraps and then cut each into 4-5 equal-sized bites. Place the bites in a baking dish with the cut sides facing up and down. Sprinkle with some Gouda and Cheddar. Bake in a hot oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for approx. 15-20 minutes until browned to your liking. Serve with the salad.
