Sucuk Hash Browns

The perfect sucuk hash browns recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 9 Pc. Rösti
  • 50 g Bacon
  • 1 Pc. Sucuk
  • 3 Pc. Onions
  • 4 Pc. Eggs
  1. Cut the sucuk into small pieces and fry with the bacon
  2. Chop the onions and sauté briefly with the bacon / sucuk.
  3. Then put the whole thing in a bowl so that the pan is ready for the hash browns 😉
  4. Sear the rösti in the pan to a nice yellow / brown color and then chop up
  5. Mix the whole thing with the bacon, sucuk and the onions and season with salt and pepper. Mix the eggs and fry them on both sides like an omelette.
  6. The sucuk-hash brown dish is ready, with coleslaw or pickled cucumbers
