Ingredients
 

  • 9 Pc. Rösti
  • 50 g Bacon
  • 1 Pc. Sucuk
  • 3 Pc. Onions
  • 4 Pc. Eggs

Instructions
 

  • Cut the sucuk into small pieces and fry with the bacon
  • Chop the onions and sauté briefly with the bacon / sucuk.
  • Then put the whole thing in a bowl so that the pan is ready for the hash browns 😉
  • Sear the rösti in the pan to a nice yellow / brown color and then chop up
  • Mix the whole thing with the bacon, sucuk and the onions and season with salt and pepper. Mix the eggs and fry them on both sides like an omelette.
  • The sucuk-hash brown dish is ready, with coleslaw or pickled cucumbers
