Instructions
- Cut the sucuk into small pieces and fry with the bacon
- Chop the onions and sauté briefly with the bacon / sucuk.
- Then put the whole thing in a bowl so that the pan is ready for the hash browns 😉
- Sear the rösti in the pan to a nice yellow / brown color and then chop up
- Mix the whole thing with the bacon, sucuk and the onions and season with salt and pepper. Mix the eggs and fry them on both sides like an omelette.
- The sucuk-hash brown dish is ready, with coleslaw or pickled cucumbers
