Margherita Pizza

Covering

  • 0,5 bunch Basil
  • 1 Mozzarella
  • Sea-Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 4 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 300 ml Tomato juice
  • 1 shot Balsamic vinegar
  • Olive oil
  • 1 Bay leaf

  • 0,5 dice Yeast fresh
  • 50 ml Water
  • 0,5 tsp Sea-Salt
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 150 g Flour

  1. Dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water. Mix in the flour, olive oil and salt. Knead the dough thoroughly and let it rest for an hour so that the yeast can work.
  2. Knead the dough again and divide it in two. Roll out thinly and let rise again.
