Sucuk with scrambled eggs

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 sausage (Sucuk, Turkish garlic sausage)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 flatbread(s)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • e.g. feta cheese, sheep cheese or a similar cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

tastes delicious, is very quick and easy

Cut the sucuk into slices approximately 3 to 5 mm thick (the thickness of the slices determines the flavor and texture—if you prefer juicier, use thicker slices). Fry the sausage slices in a hot pan without adding any oil. Then simply add the eggs and let them set. Since the sausage is so flavorful, no additional seasoning is needed. Serve the whole thing with flatbread, cheese, and (very important!) tomatoes. Tip: You can also add bell peppers, tomatoes, and/or onions to the frying.
