Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1.2 kg potatoes
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp Vegeta
  • 1 chicken, approx. 1.2 kg
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder
  • 4 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Peel, wash, and slice the potatoes. Grease a round baking tray about 30 cm in diameter with 2 tablespoons of oil. Season the potato wedges with Vegeta and place them on the tray. Cut the chicken into large pieces and rub with salt, pepper, and paprika. Place the meat on top of the potatoes. Sprinkle with the remaining oil. Bake in the oven at 200°C (fan oven) for 60 minutes. Serve with a fresh green salad or tomato salad and white bread.
