Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 pack of flavoring, (Citroback)
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • 100 g cornstarch
  • 75 g powdered sugar
  • 40 g butter
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk (4%)
  • 3 tbsp sugar (granulated sugar)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

LowFat, makes about 50 pieces

Sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl. Then add the Citroback, vanilla seeds, powdered sugar, and cornstarch. Sprinkle the butter in small pieces over the top. Quickly knead everything together with the egg and sour cream to form a dough. Chill for at least 1 hour. Mix the egg yolk with the condensed milk and set aside. Roll out the shortcrust pastry on a floured surface to a thickness of about 3mm. Cut out cookies using any cookie cutters you like. Then place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush with the beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake in a preheated oven at approx. 200°C for about 15 minutes.
