Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ liter buttermilk
  • 4 eggs
  • 400 g flour
  • 300 g sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 100 g desiccated coconut, for sprinkling
  • 50 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Mix all ingredients for the dough together well. Spread the dough onto the baking paper. Mix the coconut flakes with the sugar and sprinkle over the dough. Bake the Bienenstich cake in the hot oven on the middle rack for about 20 minutes.
