Sugar snap peas and pepper vegetables

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 450 g sugar snap peas
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 small pointed peppers
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 100 ml water
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean and wash the snow peas. Wash, deseed, and slice the bell peppers. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Heat oil in a pan and fry everything thoroughly. Then pour in the oil and simmer with the lid on until the vegetables reach the desired consistency. This takes about 5-12 minutes. Finally, add the sour cream and season to taste. Heat briefly and serve.
