Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ¼ sugarloaf lettuce
- 2 beetroots, cooked
- 125 g feta cheese
- 4 tbsp spring onions
- 1 tsp mustard
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp water
- salt and pepper
- Sweetener or sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Clean the sugarloaf, cut it into strips, and wash it. Dice or slice the beets. Dice the feta cheese. Slice the spring onions. Stir together the dressing and season to taste. Mix everything together and serve.
