Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ½ head of lettuce
- 4 small tomatoes
- 1 roll
- 2 spring onions
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 4 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash the lettuce, dry it, and tear it into bite-sized pieces. Wash the tomatoes and halve or quarter them, depending on their size. Then trim the spring onions and slice them into rings. Tear the bread roll into bite-sized pieces. Arrange all ingredients nicely on a salad plate. For the dressing, combine 3 tablespoons of vinegar with 4 tablespoons of oil. Stir in the mustard and season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar. Finally, drizzle the dressing over the salad and serve immediately.
