Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml tonic water
  • 100 ml cranberry juice
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 rosemary sprig(s)
  • ½ apricot(s)
  • ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

First, finely dice the garlic clove and add it to the glass along with the finely chopped apricot. Add ice cubes if desired. Then fill the glass with tonic water and cranberry juice. You can vary the ratio as desired. Finish the cocktail with a pinch of pepper and a sprig of rosemary.
