Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 180 ml orange juice
  • 180 ml juice (multivitamin juice)
  • 80 g sugar
  • ½ tbsp cornstarch
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 50 g sugar
  • 250 ml cream
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pack of cream stiffener

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Bring both juices to a boil in a saucepan. Combine the cornstarch with the sugar and a little of the juice, then stir into the juice. Bring to a boil briefly, then chill. Stir the quark and sugar until smooth. Whisk the cream with the vanilla sugar and cream stiffener until stiff peaks form, then fold in. First, pour the quark cream into a bowl and then pour the fruit sauce over it. Chill until ready to serve. Tip: Other juices can also be used.
